I had such an amazing experience working with [Scenic Van Works] on our 2020 Ford Transit 350HD build. From the first point of contact to post-sale, communication has been extremely easy and [SVW] was always very quick to respond. I live in a different state, so it would have been hard to tour the van, but [SVW] hopped on a video call with me, THE DAY I REACHED OUT, and walked me through every single inch of the van. It made me feel MUCH more comfortable and gave me a leg up when I was able to view the van in person. The build itself is of the highest quality. The materials used are not usually found in camper vans. The counters are top-tier with live wood edges. The cabinetry is extremely well built and is honestly better than the quality in my kitchen. The attention to detail is clear across the whole build. From the space at the top of the cabinets to reduce noise, to all of the little upgrades to remove most rattling while driving. I am an engineer, so when I see electrical boxes in most of these vans, I see a lot that are built incorrectly. When I opened the electrical box in this van, I was blown away. [SVW] did an incredible job of correctly running wires, making secure connections, including the correct fuses, and grounding everything correctly. I would have built it out the exact same way myself. The last thing I’d like to mention is how amazing [SVW] has been post-sale. I’ve had some questions and needed to do a minimal amount of troubleshooting, and [SVW] has been available to help me walk through things and solve my problems. I have also been able to share/brainstorm upgrade ideas with [SVW] to get some feedback. All in all, this purchase was a 10/10. I will absolutely continue to work with [SVW] for years to come!
